One-bedroom penthouse of 75m2 in Saffakoy

Introducing a new hotel-type complex in Saffakoy. Saffakoy is a small region above Boaz, atop a hill 750 meters from the coast. The project comprises 4 towers ranging from 12 to 16 floors, with a total of approximately 350 apartments.

In the same area, the developer plans to build a five-star hotel with a casino covering an area of 70,000 m2, featuring 15 restaurants offering various world cuisines. Adjacent to it, there are plans for an Adventure Park spanning 90,000 m2, which will become the largest recreational park and water park in all of Northern Cyprus.

The first 16-story tower will be constructed based on a hotel concept, with completion expected by the end of 2025. The remaining towers will be completed at a later date.
