Three-bedroom apartment 160m2 in Safakoy

We present to you a new hotel-type complex in Safakoy. Safakoy is a small region above Boaz, atop a hill 750 meters from the coast. The project comprises 4 towers ranging from 12 to 16 floors, with a total of approximately 350 apartments.

In the same area, the developer plans to build a five-star hotel with a casino covering a total area of 70,000 m2, featuring 15 restaurants offering various cuisines from around the world. Adjacent to it, there is also a planned Adventure Park covering an area of 90,000 m2, which will become the largest recreational park and water park in all of Northern Cyprus.

The first 16-story tower will be constructed based on a hotel concept, with completion expected by the end of 2025. The remaining towers will be completed later.
